We are engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing and distributing our fine line of bakery products ranging from delicious cakes to sumptuous cookies and fresh breads - a range comprising more than 200 mouth-watering varieties.
Kabhi B has been a pioneer in setting up Gujarat’s first state-of-the-art eggless bakery plant near Ahmedabad. The Kabhi B patisserie stores have established a well-versed network of delivering joy to the customers with our delectable cakes and other baked goods all over Gujarat. We are accelerating to expand our expertise and services of authentic baking experience across India very soon.

Kabhi B has embarked on the mission to define a class of its own in the domain of bakery goods and services. We aim to achieve this goal by preparing an innovative and customized range of products to suit the taste buds of customers from every age group, whilst maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.
The company has commenced upon a very ambitious & strategic diversification plan of reaching the larger network of customers by opening numerous retail outlets under the brand name ‘Kabhi B’. A brand mainly associated with Cakes & Patisserie, currently having company-owned as well as franchised stores in various cities across the state of Gujarat.
We plan to ramp up the expansion phase and introduce 100 new outlets by the end of this year, wherein we wish to delight the people with novel concepts like Live Bakeries, Baking Studios, Custom-made cakes and a choice of exclusive packaging in the form of Bake Studios.
Kabhi B has recently launched a new range of Packaged Cookies, Khari, Toast, Muffins, Dry Cakes and Cream rolls for the open market. The company is also looking at aggressively enlarging its export market to other countries. Immediate plans are to extend the brand ‘Kabhi B’ to neighbouring states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. We also envision to take our brand at Pan India level in the coming 2-3 years.
Our prime ideology is to deliver utmost happiness to our customers Kabhi B (Any time), Kahi B (Anywhere) and to make this realise on an even grand scale we are going full throttle on our expansion plans.
Kabhi B is not only a company dealing in eggless baked goods, but a venture started and pampered with love, diligence and utmost passion by our two visionary founders, Mr. Shashank Chokhani and Mr. Ajay Kariwala. With the initial motive of serving the people of Gujarat with high quality and ravishing cakes and other bakery products, as well as ensuring the authentic quality and hygiene standards of these eggless products, led Kabhi B to be the ultimate charm of the baking companies and patisserie shops all over Gujarat.
This evolution was ably led by Mrs Vaidehi Chokhani, who is now CEO of the company.
Mr. Chokhani sheds some light onto the inspiration behind this successful venture - "The desire to carve out a separate identity for myself was the primary reason that I chose to strike out on my own. My family already had flourishing construction business but I was always keen on doing something directly connected with the consumers on a daily basis and hence I ventured into the FMCG and specifically the Bakery industry".
The first ever model of Mobile Kitchen introduced by us. It consists and innovative use of Hub ‘n’ Spoke model within a geographical area to enable standardization of product, which is generally missed in the product category of eggless & fresh cream cakes and pastries.
This helped us vastly in pricing uniformity and consistency, while at the same time ensuring top-notch quality through the existing mobile kitchen. By having just one centralized kitchen through which our mainline city - Ahmedabad was catered, it also helped us in developing and standardizing new products as well as it played a role of a training centre where all the Chefs are trained efficiently.
Factors like the consistency of look and taste across stores in various cities, continuity of brand’s promise on quality and improving customer satisfaction at each step led to an increase in the footfall by 20% right from the initial years. With such strong brand promises and the growing popularity, we penetrated more into II tier and III tier cities of Gujarat within a year.
We only market EGGLESS BAKERY PRODUCTS. We have Bread distribution, Retail outlets, Modern Trade supplies, OEM Supplies and Exports department all under one roof working coherently and achieving great results.
We have our own 97 retail outlets across Gujarat and Rajasthan. Kabhi B has even established its presence at the Domestic and International Airport of Ahmedabad and also caters to major institutes like Café Coffee Day, Indian Railways, etc. to name a few.
